Fincas, hotels and beach venues
From our base in Puig de Ros near Palma we cover weddings all over Mallorca: fincas in the Serra de Tramuntana, hotels and rooftops in Palma, beach venues in the south and east, and private villas.
Stone courtyards, marquees, open terraces and gardens behave very differently. Speaker choice, positioning and tuning follow the venue — not a standard plan.

Frequently asked questions
- How early should we enquire for our wedding?
- For weddings between May and September we recommend six to twelve months. We are glad to check shorter notice.
- Will the equipment be visible during the ceremony?
- As little as possible. We use slim speakers, short runs and hidden cabling so photos and video stay clean.
- Does a beach or windy ceremony work?
- Yes, with the right microphone choice and wind protection. For outdoor ceremonies we deliberately plan reserve.
- Can our DJ or band use the system?
- Yes. We provide the connection, set levels and align with the DJ or band in advance, including technical riders.
- How does the changeover from dinner to party work?
- The changeover is part of the plan and usually happens during a programme item, so guests do not notice it.
- Are microphones available for guest speeches?
- Yes, handhelds and lavaliers are included. We agree in advance who speaks where.
- What about end times and volume?
- Many venues and municipalities in Mallorca have limits and curfews. We coordinate with the venue and plan accordingly.
- Does a finca need extra power?
- Often yes. We check the supply in advance and bring suitable distribution, coordinating with the venue if needed.
- Is an engineer there all day?
- For weddings we strongly recommend it because four phases follow one another. Support can be added.
- What does wedding sound cost?
- It depends on venue, guest count, phases and support. On request you receive a concrete proposal instead of a package list.
