Frequently asked questions
- How far in advance should I book sound equipment in Mallorca?
- For dates between May and September we recommend three to six months. We are always glad to check short-notice requests.
- Do you work with our band's technical rider?
- Yes. Send us the rider, we compare it with our inventory and confirm what we provide and what may need to be added.
- Is an engineer included?
- On-site support can be added. For live bands, multiple speakers or multi-phase events we strongly recommend it.
- Do you cover conferences and corporate events?
- Yes — speaker microphones, playback, clean speech intelligibility and a recording feed are standard.
- What about noise limits and curfews?
- Many municipalities and venues in Mallorca have limits and end times. We coordinate with the venue and plan the system to perform within those rules.
- Can you supply individual components only?
- Yes. From a single wireless microphone for the ceremony to a full production — we put together exactly what is needed.
- How long do setup and strike take?
- Between one and several hours depending on scope. Install happens the day before or in the morning, strike after the event.
- What happens if equipment fails?
- Spares for critical components always travel with us — wireless, amplifiers and consoles can be swapped immediately.
- Can you cover several days?
- Yes. Install the day before, rehearsal and event day can be covered as a multi-day rental.
- Is the equipment insured?
- Yes, the equipment we use is insured and serviced and checked regularly.
