Palma and all of Mallorca

Our base is in Puig de Ros, minutes south of Palma. From there we reach any venue on the island quickly — fincas, hotels, rooftops, beach clubs, conference rooms and private villas.

We know the usual challenges: limited power at fincas, coastal wind, reverberant stone courtyards and municipal noise limits. The setup is designed around them from the start.

Frequently asked questions

What does event technology include at Sonora?
The focus is audio: coverage, microphones, monitoring, stage and signal technology including control and on-site support.
How early should I enquire?
For dates between May and September we recommend three to six months. Short-notice requests are always welcome.
Do you work across the whole island?
Yes. From Palma across the Serra de Tramuntana to the east and south of Mallorca.
Are there fixed packages or price lists?
No. Every event is planned individually, so you receive a proposal that matches your venue, run sheet and guest count.
How much power does the setup need?
Small setups run on a normal protected socket. Larger configurations need separate circuits — we clarify this in advance and bring suitable distribution.
How do you handle noise limits?
Many municipalities and venues have limits and end times. We coordinate with the venue and design the system to perform within those rules.
Is an engineer always included?
On-site support can be added. For multi-phase events, live bands and conferences we strongly recommend it.
Can you work with our event planner?
Yes, that is the norm. We align run sheet, install times and interfaces directly with planner and venue.
How long do setup and strike take?
Between one and several hours depending on scope. We always plan with buffer and outside guest hours.
What happens if a device fails?
We carry spares for critical components — wireless, amplifiers, consoles — so a failure does not stop the event.

Tell us about your event.

Date, venue, run sheet and guest count are enough for a first proposal. Reply within 24 hours.
